We have a distinguished arbitration practice. Our lawyers have assisted in drafting Latvian legislation regulating commercial arbitration in Latvia, are published in international journals and lecture on arbitration matters. The firm has participated in various domestic and international (including ICC) institutional as well as ad hoc arbitration proceedings, where our lawyers have acted as arbitrators or representatives of claimants and respondents.

Our senior litigation partner Mr. Ziedonis Udris serves as the Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He also holds several prestigious nominations by the Republic of Latvia in specialised permanent international tribunals.

The firm has also represented its' clients before the Latvian Constitutional Court.
